Himalayan Diabetic Gluten Free Aata is a balanced mix of ragi flour, soybean flour, chickpea flour, defatted peanuts, soyabean protein isolate, and healthy seeds like chia seeds, flaxseeds, and garden cress seeds. It is gluten free, sugar free with a very low GI, with high protein and fibre content, making it ideal for people managing diabetes or following a low-carb, high-fibre diet. It has protein, vitamins, and minerals such as calcium, iron, and potassium. These support bones, heart, and muscle health.
