Step 1
Amaranth Roti (Gluten-Free): Mix 1 cup amaranth flour with warm water and a pinch of salt to form a soft dough. Roll using dry flour and cook on a hot tawa until golden spots appear on both sides.
Step 2
Amaranth Pancake: Mix 1 cup amaranth flour, 1 mashed banana, 1 tsp jaggery, and water/milk into a smooth batter. Cook on a greased pan until golden on both sides. Serve with honey or fruits.
